Products, Prices & Availability
- Product images, descriptions and specifications are indicative; minor variations in color or finish may occur due to fabric batches, print processes or device screens.
- All products are subject to If a product is unavailable after order placement, we will inform you and offer a replacement, reschedule or full refund.
- Prices are quoted in INR and are exclusive of GST and shipping unless explicitly Final invoice reflects applicable taxes and charges.
Samples
- Samples are provided at a cost: 20% discount off MRP + sampling & transportation

Order Confirmation & Payment
- An order is accepted on receipt of payment and formal order confirmation from Anns
- Production and/or procurement begins only after receipt of payment as per agreed payment
- Accepted payment methods: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, bank Payment gateway terms apply for online payments.
Production & Customization
- Custom branded orders require approval of artwork/proofs before Approved proofs become final—no changes accepted after sign-off.
- Customers must ensure they have legal rights to use any logos, trademarked art or copyrighted material supplied.
- For tailor-made apparel, we provide size charts and prototypes; final garments will conform to approved samples.
Delivery & Shipping
- We ship PAN India via our logistics partners (India Post for home delivery in remote locations; A1 Transport & PSS Transport primarily in South India; other leading couriers elsewhere).
- Delivery timelines are indicative; delays due to logistics, strikes, natural events or force majeure are outside our control.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, location and order Quotes for bulk orders include negotiated freight where applicable.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong dispatches — to be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
- Personalized/branded items are non-returnable except in case of verified manufacturing
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method once approved after inspection.
Electronics & Gadgets
- Electronics and tech products follow the manufacturer’s warranty. During the warranty period we will assist with replacement/service. Replacement is subject to product availability, as we operate on wholesale/ bulk procurement and do not necessarily stock single retail units.
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to invoice value of the affected items; we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for delays or damages once goods are handed to third-party
Cancelation & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before production starts; cancellation after production approval incurs charges for work completed and material procurement.
