Q16. Do you deliver across India?
Yes — we deliver PAN India, covering metros, tier-2, and even remote regions through trusted logistics partners.
We also offer doorstep delivery for residential addresses via India Post.
Q17. Which logistics partners do you work with?
We work with:
- A1 Transport & PSS Transport (South India overnight deliveries)
- India Post (for home delivery & remote areas)
- BlueDart / DTDC / Delhivery (for major cities & express shipping)
Q18. Do you provide overnight delivery?
Yes — within South India, we provide overnight delivery for stocked items through A1 Transport and PSS Transport, depending on city and order volume.
For other regions, we offer priority delivery through express courier.
Q19. How long does delivery take?
- South India: 1–2 business days (overnight for selected areas)
- Rest of India: 3–7 working days depending on location
- Customized products: Add production time (usually 10–30 days depending on complexity)

Once customization or manufacturing starts, orders cannot be canceled.

In rare cases of damage or defect:

- Include order details and photos of the damaged
- After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or credit note.

Q31. Do you offer fitting samples before bulk apparel production?
Yes — we can provide fit samples or size sets for approval before mass production.
