All custom orders require written approval of final We provide digital proofs. Any additional rework beyond two rounds may incur charges.
Color matching is subject to fabric and print process; we aim for best match but slight variance may occur.

Payment policy

Standard payment: 50% advance and 50% before dispatch for most For certain projects we accept full advance or custom credit terms for approved corporate clients. Production starts on receipt of advance per agreed terms.

Shipments are insured and packed for Insurance claims are processed per courier policies if transit damage occurs.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the logos, marks and content supplied do not infringe third-party rights.

All operations are governed by Indian laws (Information Technology Act, GST rules, consumer protection norms and commercial regulations). Taxes and statutory compliances are reflected on invoices.
